What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. You may also contact one of our sales people to setup a PO account.

Will I get a receipt with my order?
No. Please print your order confirmation as your recpt. A packing slip will be included with your order.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged 1/2 the total cost when you order. This is the deposit for custom production. When your order ships you will be charged the remainder of your order amount.

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via freight. Lead times are highly dependant on the product and quantity that you order. Please contact us to get a better idea of shipping dates for your order.

My order hasn't arrived. How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail notification.

Can you ship to an international address?
Not at this time. If you want to ship out of the country we can arrange delivery to an international shipping

I didn't receive an order number when placing through the Web. What should I do?
Please call and speak with one of our salespeople. They'll be able to track your order for you.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart or do I just start over?
You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time. To view your shopping cart, click on the link at the top or bottom of the page. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click "remove checked item(s)." Or, to clear the entire cart, click the "clear" button.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please call us immediately. Once the order has been sent to the factory it can't be cancelled or changed.

Can you store my personal information so I don't have to continue completing my information when placing an order?
Yes, register online and we can store your billing and shipping information on our secure server to save you time during checkout. To get started, click "Login" at the top of the page, sign in when prompted to do so, and access your contact, billing and shipping information.
